The upstream service refused the operation behind this endpoint as too complex. Every /v1 endpoint sends a fixed, server-defined operation, so this is not caused by your arguments and is not expected in normal use.

How to resolve​

Do not retry: an identical request is refused identically. Report the request_id to support.

On a billed endpoint the Idempotency-Key stays claimed after this error, so a resend under the same key is answered with idempotency-in-flight rather than run again.
