An unexpected error occurred on Evinor's side. The response body deliberately carries no internal detail beyond the standard problem members — the underlying error is logged on our side against the request_id.

How to resolve​

  • Retry with exponential backoff.
  • If it persists, contact support with the request_id from the response so we can locate the failure in our logs.
